We pioneered the use of technology, creating market research software to drive deeper insight.

NPD.net was formed with the aim of embracing the web & adapting emerging technology to help clients get insight to inform new product development.

We fused technology & communities to build deeper insight through continual human understanding.

NPD.net became Tpoll Market Intelligence as we led the trend towards communities and connected our clients to the people who matter most. In 2015 we changed our name to Mindmover and created our market-leading platform, QuMind - we are now a full-service market research agency specialising in online communities.

Meet the team

Mark Ursell
CEO/Founder

Mark founded the business in 1999 and has overall responsibility for the group. His vast experience in online insights and innovation help power the delivery of new insight tech solutions at QuMind.

Alan Hargreaves
Managing Director

Alan oversees Customer Success, Delivery, Platform Self-Serve and Research & Insights in line with our strategy to offer a true one stop solution for clients. Alan co-founded and headed the set-up of QuMind from inception.

Dalius Ivanovas
CTO

Head of QuMind IT and its prize lead developer, Dalius co-founded and developed the QuMind platfom and now oversees the continuous development of the self-serve platform, data integrations, 3rd party tools/APIs and data security.

Natalie Bailey
Operations Director

Natalie has responsibility for the overall business operations, including budget resources, policies, operations, staffing and customer care. Natalie has over 20 years of experience in utilising data and insight having worked in roles within NWG, ConocoPhillips, and Nestle before specialising in business operations within smaller but fast-growing consultancy businesses.
