Bringing RX Global closer to the end customer using branded panels

How we helped RX Global

  •    Need

We were commissioned by the RX Global team to build and manage their event visitor and exhibitor panels.

  •    Approach

We worked closely with the RX Global Digital Team and stakeholders in the local business units to recruit for the panels and design a community site with comms templates that reflected the complexity and global scale of the business. We designed and launched The Customer Viewpoint panel and worked closely with RX to scale-up whilst delivering best-in-class research comprising both online qual and surveys and community management.

  •    Outcome

Such was the success and value of this, that the community panel was soon rolled out to cover Portuguese, Spanish, and German speaking shows and subsequently French and Thai. The RX visitor community panel now has over 6,000 members covering 100+ shows with participants based in 100+ countries. The 300+ exhibitor community panel is also growing fast. We continue to deliver global panel and ad hoc projects in multiple languages with sensitivity to the complex needs of RX.
